Baby Check-ups in Spain
Take your baby to a routine check-up at the Spanish health centre: weighing, vaccines and questions for the paediatrician.
In Spain babies and young children have regular revisiones del niño sano at the centro de salud, with a paediatric nurse and the pediatra. They weigh and measure the child against percentiles, give vaccines recorded in the cartilla de vacunación and answer parents' questions; the next appointment is booked through the regional health app. These cards follow a parent through one check-up.
