At the Airport in Spain
Check in, get through security and handle delays, cancellations and lost bags at a Spanish airport.
Spanish airports like Madrid-Barajas or Málaga are run by Aena; you 'facturar' your bag at the airline desk, and boarding gates are often only confirmed shortly before departure. Under EU rules a long delay or cancellation can entitle you to meals and compensation, and lost bags are reported at the airline's desk next to the carousels. The cards follow one trip from Málaga to Bilbao via Madrid that goes wrong in all the usual ways.
