At the Pharmacy in Spain
Collect an e-prescription, ask for over-the-counter remedies and find the late-night pharmacy.
Spanish pharmacists give real advice over the counter and are the first stop for minor problems. Prescriptions are stored on your tarjeta sanitaria, you pay only your share of what the Seguridad Social covers, and at night there's always one farmacia de guardia open nearby. The cards follow one visit from picking up a prescription to asking where to go after hours.
