Borrowing and Lending in Spain
Ask to borrow things, promise to return them and handle the awkward bits, the Spanish way.
Between flatmates and neighbours in Spain, borrowing is relaxed: people use 'dejar' and 'prestar' for lend, pay each other back by Bizum, and a neighbour's drill does the rounds of the building. The cards follow borrowing a flatmate's car, a neighbour's drill and, at the end of the month, a bit of money.
