Playing Padel in Spain
Simple Spanish sentences for organising a game of padel, playing a match and settling up afterwards.
Padel is everywhere in Spain: friends and colleagues book a pista for an hour after work, always play doubles, and split the court fee by Bizum afterwards. It looks like tennis but you use a pala instead of a raqueta, and the ball comes back off the glass walls, which catches tennis players out. These sentences follow a tennis player's first game of padel with a colleague in Madrid.
