Picking up, sending, tracking and complaining about parcels at Correos and with couriers in Spain.
In Spain, parcels come through Correos or private couriers like SEUR or MRW. If you're out, you get an 'aviso' in your letterbox and collect the parcel at the Correos office with your DNI or NIE, or send it to a parcel locker. The cards follow a newcomer chasing a missed parcel, collecting it at Correos, posting a package abroad and calling about a lost delivery.
