Quitting Smoking in Spain
Talk honestly about cutting out cigarettes, getting help and slipping up, in everyday Spanish.
Smoking is still common on Spanish terraces, especially with the after-lunch coffee, but it's banned indoors, and the public centro de salud runs free programmes to help you quit. The cards follow a friend offering a cigarette, a chat with the nurse, and an honest catch-up three weeks in.
