Books and Reading in Spain
Chat about what you're reading, borrow books from a Spanish library and buy one at the book fair.
Plenty of people in Spain read on the metro, public libraries are free with a library card, and every spring cities hold book fairs where authors sign copies at stalls. Recommending books is a common way to make conversation. The cards follow a learner in Madrid chatting with a friend, signing up at the library and visiting the Feria del Libro in the Retiro park.
