Resetting a Password in Spain
Getting back into a locked account in Spanish, with a friend's help and a call to the bank.
Spanish banks and online services usually verify you with an SMS code and your DNI or NIE, and phone support uses formal usted. Reset links expire quickly and often land in spam. The cards follow a morning in Málaga trying to get back into a bank app: a failed reset at home, a call to customer service and setting a new password.
