Student Housing in Spain
Weigh up halls versus a shared flat, view a room and agree terms with the landlord as a student in Spain.
Most Spanish universities have few on-campus rooms: students choose between a residencia or colegio mayor, often with meals included, and a room in a piso compartido found on sites like Idealista. Landlords usually ask for a month's fianza, contracts often run to June, and you'll want to empadronarte at your new address. These cards follow an exchange student in Salamanca from first questions to moving in.
