Taxis and Ride-Hailing in Spain
Order a ride on an app, find your driver, take a taxi to the airport and pay at the end of the trip in Spain.
In Spanish cities you can hail a white taxi with a green light, wait at a 'parada de taxis' or order a ride through an app like Uber, Cabify or FreeNow. Madrid taxis charge a fixed fare to and from the airport, card payment is standard and you can always ask for a receipt. The cards follow one weekend in Madrid: an app ride home, a phone left behind and two taxi trips.
