Seeing a Psychologist in Spain

Talk about how you feel, find a psychologist, and get through a first session.

In Spain you can be referred to a psychologist through your médico de cabecera, but public waiting lists are long, so many people go private, where a session costs around 50–70 euros and some insurance policies cover a few. Psychologists usually use tú and sessions can be presencial or online. The cards follow one person from talking to a friend to their first session and beyond.
